Cristiana Cattaneo

Graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bergamo in 1987. Since 2005, she has been an associate professor of business economics at the University of Bergamo and is the director of the School of Advanced Education at the same university. Additionally, she holds the position of vice-director of the department of business sciences. She engages in research, consultancy, teaching, and training in the fields of management control, healthcare, and family business.

Andrea Messuti

Graduated in law from the University of Genoa, he also obtained an LL.M. in banking and financial law from Boston University (School of Law) in 2009. He is an equity partner at LCA Studio Legale, where he has been a member since 2005. He regularly assists national and international clients in technological industries, especially in new media, internet, software, e-commerce, IT services, med-tech, and life sciences. Over the years, he has gained significant experience in M&A and investment operations, both domestic and cross-border, as well as in extraordinary finance transactions (both in equity and debt), and public offerings such as IPOs, with a particular focus on the MTA market and the Euronext Growth Milan MTF.

Wong Yau Chung

Wong Yau Chung serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Dornier MedTech GmbH, a multinational urology company and a leader in kidney stone management, based in Munich, Germany. In this role, he is responsible for global production and supply chain, quality, regulatory affairs, and corporate research and development. He is also in charge of sales, marketing, and support activities globally in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. He previously held the position of Vice President, Corporate Development, where he led mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and corporate development. Before joining Dornier MedTech in 2013, he led corporate planning at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, one of the largest multidisciplinary hospitals in Singapore. At the beginning of his career, he headed the global Biotech & Pharmaceutical industry group at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).

Wong Yau Chung earned his degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University with an ED scholarship.

Laura Bresciani

She has been working in the X-ray medical devices sector since 2001, initially as Sales, Quality, and Compliance Manager at PSM Immobiliare S.r.l. (later merged into IMD Generators). Since 2011, she has held the position of Sales Manager and HR Manager at IMD Generators. From 2019 to the present, she has been the Chief Executive Officer of IMD Generators.

Luca Conca

Since 2003, he has been working in the quality department at a multinational company in the childcare sector. In 2005, his electronics studies (graduated as an electronics and telecommunications technician in 1998) led him to Technix, where he held the position of Quality Manager until 2016. In that year, he became the Head of Research and Development (R&D). In the biennium 2019-2020, he participated in the executive program “Digital Manufacturing Transformation” at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Bergamo. Since March 2022, he has also been serving as the General Manager.

Gabriele Patelli

He started his career with activities such as coordinating and managing general accounting, as well as preparing and managing reports to support top management. He later held the position of administrative and financial manager for an internationally active industrial group involved in the production of accessories for motorcyclists, plastic molding, and mold construction. Subsequently, he became the administrative and financial director, overseeing management control in a commercial company operating in the furniture and accessories sector. Since 2007, he has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the IMD Group. He is also an administrator with powers in Intermedical.

Aniello Aliberti

For over 35 years, he has been operating in the electromedical sector, specifically in the X-ray equipment sector. Over the years, he has acquired several companies, including Sias S.r.l. and Intermedical S.r.l. He participates in trade fairs and congresses in the sector and currently holds the position of President of the “Elettromedicali & Servizi Integrati” association within Confindustria Medical Devices. He has actively participated in projects with the University of Engineering in Bergamo and the University Primorskem in Koper.
