From 2013 to 2016, he held the position of president of the corporate finance commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Expert Accountants of the province of Bergamo. He has been involved in numerous corporate restructuring operations during crises as an advisor and as an expert in operations involving business valuation, as well as the valuation of stocks and shares. Moreover, he is listed in the register of expert negotiators for business crises at the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Lodi, and Brianza, and in the register of business crisis managers at the Ministry of Justice.
